Designed and built a prototype automated pipeline using n8n that triggers personalised email sequences based on payment status pulled from Google Sheets. The system successfully tracked payments, sent overdue alerts automatically, and generated daily summaries during testing.
Simulations demonstrated a potential 80% reduction in manual follow-up time. The prototype successfully triggered 100% of required payment reminders without manual intervention during the testing phase.
Sometimes the most powerful backend is no backend at all — n8n workflows and a well-structured spreadsheet can be rapidly prototyped to solve real-world logic problems without a single line of traditional server code.
